Ms. Lymari Castro Diaz has a BS in Physics from University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez, a Masters in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, and a Masters in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. With over twenty-four years of combined Systems Engineering and Technical Leadership experience working in academia, private industry, and the US Department of Defense, she has led agile efforts and organizational change in various organizations within the federal government. She is a certified Scaled Agile Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), SAFe Agilist, SAFe Government Practitioner, Enterprise Business Agility Strategist (EBAS), and an Agility Health Facilitator. She is an active member and mentor in the Agile Alliance and International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) organizations.
